Terms
Last updated: 2026-10-11. This is a translation. The Portuguese text prevails.
These terms govern the use of www.repete.pt and access to the AI platform, products and services provided by Repete, Lda. ("Repete", "we"). By using the services, or by signing an order or proposal that refers to these terms, the client accepts them.
1. The site and the assistant
The content of this site is for information. The AI assistant answers from the information Repete publishes, but its answers can contain mistakes and are not a contractual offer. The statuses shown on Repete Labs projects (in use, prototype, in research) describe work in progress.
2. The services
Repete designs, builds, operates and improves private AI systems, knowledge bases and the infrastructure that supports them for the client. Scope, deliverables and commercial terms are set out in the applicable order, proposal or statement of work ("Order").
3. Accounts
The client is responsible for the accuracy of registration details, for keeping credentials safe and for all activity under its accounts. The services are intended for business use.
4. Acceptable use
The client uses the services lawfully and must not misuse them, reverse engineer them, try to compromise them or use them to process unlawful content.
5. Fees and billing
Fees, including any setup fee and the subscription, are as set out in the Order. Unless stated otherwise, fees exclude taxes and are non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.
6. Intellectual property
Repete keeps all rights in the platform, the software, the model configuration and the underlying technology. The client keeps all rights in its own data and in the outputs generated specifically for it, subject to payment of the fees due. The client grants Repete a limited licence to process its data only to provide the services.
7. Confidentiality
Each party protects the other's confidential information with reasonable care and uses it only to perform under these terms.
8. Data protection
Where Repete processes personal data on the client's behalf, the data processing agreement (DPA) applies and forms part of these terms. See also the privacy policy.
9. Warranties
We provide the services with reasonable skill and care. Except as expressly stated, the services are provided as they are, to the extent the law allows. AI outputs may need human review and are not a substitute for professional judgement.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect losses, and each party's total liability is limited to the fees paid for the services in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
11. Term and termination
These terms apply for the term of the Order. Either party may end them for a material breach that is not remedied. At the end, Repete returns or deletes the client's data on request, in line with the DPA.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law, and the courts of Lisbon have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer and data protection rights.
